GNG Keeper Week 4 Recap: The Brainers Avenge Old Scars Behind Kenneth Walker

I watched The Brainers handle business this week, putting up a league-best 93.58 points to claim a divisional revenge victory over Alcoholinks. Keep Pounding stayed undefeated by edging Zombie Werewolves 66.4 to 55.74 in the closest matchup of the slate. On the other end of my screen, Diamond Formation bottomed out as the lowest scorer with 30.66 points, also finishing as the biggest underachiever after missing their 56.94 projection by 46 percent. Coach Chuck Rittenhouse earned top manager honors by squeezing 98 percent of his optimal total, while Diamond Formation stumbled to a league-worst 59 percent lineup efficiency. Neither division saw a lead change, as The Brainers hold the East Side and Keep Pounding controls the West Side.

Kenneth Walker Carries The Brainers to East Side Victory

Final: The Brainers 93.58, Alcoholinks 69.16

I love seeing a cold-blooded payback game come together on the field. Kenneth Walker ran over everyone for 22.66 points, destroying his 11.03 projection to finish as the top running back of the week. Backing him up, Ka'imi Fairbairn added 14 points against an 8.66 projection, while the Seattle Seahawks defense contributed 12. Coach Chuck Rittenhouse easily absorbed Jahmyr Gibbs disappointing with 9.68 points against a 15.08 projection.

Coach Nick Claeboe could not overcome his biggest bust, D'Andre Swift, who crashed all the way down to 1.46 points compared to a 10.19 projection. That dud completely ruined a monster 22.12-point outing from Javonte Williams. To make matters worse, Claeboe left 10.94 points on the pine, highlighted by starting Tyler Loop (6 points) over Cam Little (12 points).

With this 93.58 to 69.16 win, The Brainers have won two straight to sit at 3-1, keeping first place in the East Side all-time series where Alcoholinks still lead 19-17 across CBS and Sleeper history. Alcoholinks have now lost three straight to fall to 1-3. Next week, The Brainers face 0-4 Diamond Formation, while Alcoholinks clash with 0-4 The Jerrayatricians.

Tetairoa McMillan Keeps Undefeated Run Alive

Final: Keep Pounding 66.4, Zombie Werewolves 55.74

I will never complain about escaping with a win, but Coach Hemlok definitely tested my patience. Tetairoa McMillan was the clear hero, exploding for 24.08 points against a modest 7.8 projection to finish as the week's number one wideout. That eruption was mandatory, considering Trevor Lawrence was a complete floor-crasher with 5.64 points against an 11.69 expectation.

Coach Patrick Jolle had his own disasters, led by Jeremiyah Love face-planting with 2.6 points against a 9.46 projection. Jared Goff did his part with 16.24 points, but the Houston Texans defense posted a miserable -0.5 points. Jolle also benched Malik Nabers and his 12.98 points for Drake London (5.34 points), leaving 15.44 bench points unused.

Keep Pounding left an absurd 25.38 points on their own bench, including Kyren Williams and his 19.58 points over Ashton Jeanty (6.24 points). Still, Hemlok snapped a four-game series losing streak to pull their all-time record against Zombie Werewolves to 7-11. Keep Pounding has won four straight to stay perfect at 4-0 atop the West Side, while the 2-2 Werewolves head to Pinko Commie Bastards (3-1). Hemlok will defend first place against 3-1 **Asterisk**.

Chuba Hubbard Powers Past Slumping Squad

Final: Pinko Commie Bastards 66.74, The Jerrayatricians 47.98

I respect an ugly win when the points simply get the job done. Chuba Hubbard set the tone for Coach Erran Yearty, racking up 19.96 points against a 9.22 projection. George Kittle delivered a clean 11 points over his 6.67 expectation, which allowed Pinko Commie Bastards to cruise despite Garrett Wilson busting hard with 1.78 points against a 9.35 projection.

The Jerrayatricians looked completely cooked from the opening whistle. Their defense, the Detroit Lions, completely sabotaged the roster with -3.5 points against a 6.14 projection, while Blake Corum offered a laughable 0.94 points. Puka Nacua tried to carry the flag with 14.38 points over his 9.91 projection, but Coach Todd Marquis had zero support elsewhere.

Marquis also parked 16.38 points on the bench, specifically starting Corum over Ollie Gordon (12.4 points). Yearty left 26.66 on his own pine, including Kyle Monangai (20.7 points), but my notes show Pinko Commie Bastards still pushed their all-time series lead to 5-2. Yearty has now won three straight at 3-1, while The Jerrayatricians are still winless at 0-4. Next up, Yearty takes on 2-2 Zombie Werewolves, and Marquis seeks life against 1-3 Alcoholinks.

Bijan Robinson Delivers Rivalry Beatdown

Final: **Asterisk** 87.76, Spacelords 66.24

I watched this West Side clash get decided entirely by star power and self-inflicted wounds. Bijan Robinson led the charge for Coach Billy Waters, putting up 21.38 points against a 13.23 projection. CeeDee Lamb went nuclear as well, piling up 18.72 points over an 8.44 projection, while Joe Burrow paced all quarterbacks with 16.9 points. That trio made Tyler Warren busting for 3.34 points completely irrelevant.

Coach Brad Householder experienced pure self-sabotage in this 87.76 to 66.24 defeat. He started Saquon Barkley for 0.5 points over Rhamondre Stevenson (11.56 points), leaving a brutal 32 points on his bench. Nico Collins balled out with 19.92 points against a 9.94 projection, but kicker Chris Boswell bottomed out with 2 points against a 7.38 expectation.

**Asterisk** pushed their all-time series lead against Spacelords to an undefeated 5-0 mark, bouncing back to a 3-1 record. Spacelords fell to 2-2 after the loss. Next week, Waters gets a colossal division showdown with 4-0 Keep Pounding, while Householder attempts to reset against 2-2 Big Tex's Pillow Biters.

Jonathan Taylor Punishes Sluggish Rival

Final: Big Tex's Pillow Biters 66.52, Diamond Formation 30.66

I witnessed an absolute massacre on the field in this 66.52 to 30.66 blowout. Jonathan Taylor handled his business with 17.38 points against a 13.55 projection, while Brock Purdy provided 16.82 points. Kicker Jake Bates led his position across the league with 15 points, making it easy for Coach Billy Hayes to shrug off Dalton Kincaid failing with 0.58 points against a 6.17 projection.

Diamond Formation put on a horror show that should qualify for fraud watch status. Parker Washington was their biggest bust, catching virtually nothing for 0.9 points against a 10.44 projection, and the Buffalo Bills defense posted -1 points. Ja'Marr Chase took the field for 1.78 points, while starting quarterback Tyler Shough generated just 10.52 points.

Coach mackmane2420 also left Drake Maye and his 19.94 points on the bench, walking away with 20.94 unused points. Hayes now leads the all-time series 3-1, moving Big Tex's Pillow Biters to 2-2 on the year. Diamond Formation remains winless at 0-4. Next week, Hayes meets 2-2 Spacelords, while Diamond Formation tries to survive against 3-1 The Brainers.

Week 4 separated the contenders from the true roster clogs, and I will be back next week to see who folds under the pressure.
